Explore some of London’s great architecture and design during Open House London. Visit some of the city’s most iconic buildings and unique spaces when the city opens its doors to the public on 19-20 September 2020.

The fabulous two-day event offers free access to over 800 churches, museums, public buildings and private houses. Step into a world normally closed to the public to learn about the sites from Open House guides and stewards. At many locations, staff are on hand to share information about their own roles.

More information about the 2020 programme of participating venues is available here.  However, do be aware that around 100+ venues require advance booking. Highlights for 2019 included Custom House and the Brutalist Balfron Tower, designed by Erno Goldfinger.

Some tickets are allocated by public ballot. For entry to selected buildings and locations, such as 10 Downing Street and the BT Tower, sign up as soon as possible. Full details from Open House London.
